Once your application is received and approved you will receive an invoice to be paid online. This may take up to three business days. 

If you would prefer to pay by check you may print this a copy of this form and mail to PO Box 493, Tappahannock, VA 22560.

Month to Month Fees: 

$25 single 10x10 space ($15 for nonprofit organizations)

$50 double 20x10 space

$75 triple 30x10 space

Half Season Pass - 25% discount (4 months of your choice): 

$75 single 10x10 space ($45 for nonprofit organizations)

$150 double 20x10 space

$225 triple 30x10 space

Season Pass - 30% discount (all 8 markets): 

$140 single 10x10 space ($84 for nonprofit organizations)

$280 double 20x10 space

$420 triple 30x10 space

All fees only include the rental space. Tables, chairs and tents are not provided. Half season and Season Passes are paid in advance to receive discount. Only Season Pass holders will receive a permanent booth location for the year.  

Booth assignments and set up information will be sent by email the Wednesday prior to each market.
